Our five core values are:

We believe every child deserves excellence in early intervention services, resources, and support systems that serve as the core foundation to making a difference in their lives and our community.

We recognize that each group of people has its own unique culture, and honoring the values and ways of each family’s neighborhood, community, extended family, and individual unit. We endeavor to treat all families and our diverse network of service providers with respect and believe that mutual respect is essential to building the relationships that are critical to your child’s success.

We tailor supports and services to each family’s own unique needs and circumstances. We believe in being flexible and nonjudgmental with each family and adapt the services we provide based on each family’s respective values, priorities, and routines.

We ensure that parents are the key decision makers in all aspects of the services their children receive. We believe acting compassionately and working together with Providers and families to address the individualized needs of the children we serve results in a more effective service model.

We view Early Intervention supports and services as a first step on a long productive journey for each child, family, and provider.
